Youth Strength and Conditioning Program

Training Focal Points:
- Speed and agility technique/ running mechanics
- Introduction to basics in weight room
- Proper deceleration and landing mechanics
- Flexibility
- Core strength and stability
- Body awareness

Description
This Strength and conditioning program is designed to improve the overall athleticism of the youth athlete (12+).   The training sessions will include a speed and agility component, strength training, metabolic conditioning, and flexibility.  Our goal is to expose the athletes to numerous training modalities in order to improve the overall skill set of the athlete and to decrease the potential for injury. 

Details:
- 12 sessions starting in March, 2016 (includes evaluation at beginning and end of program)
- 2x per week
- Coached by Badin’s Strength and conditioning Coach, Clint Stricker
- $120 (paid up front). Can pay at the Door:  Checks Made out to Clint Stricker

Location:   Pfirman Athletic Center at Badin High School 

Proposed Camp Dates and Times
Tues/Thurs: 3:15-4:15 pm
March: 15th, 17th, 22nd, 24th, 29th, 31st.
April: 5th, 7th, 14th, 19th, 21st.
