The following is the Archdiocese of Cincinnati Policy regarding Safe Parish Bulletins.
This policy MUST be followed by all coaches and adult-volunteers.
All Safe Parish trained persons are expected to read and keep current with all continuing education Bulletins. Any person who falls behind and does not read the Bulletins will be required to get caught up on Bulletins before he / she can have any further contact with children.
The leaders of each Archdiocese institution, i.e. pastors, principals, etc. are responsible for enforcing Safe Parish. In doing so, they should consult with their Local Safe Environment Coordinators (Local SEC) for each Archdiocese of Cincinnati institution. All Local SECs currently have access to records in the Safe Parish Report by using their "Administration" tabs.
