Loving God,

Bless out children today.
Keep them healthy and safe.
Let them learn respect, 
Self-discipline, and fair play.
Help me stay positive,
Offer support and encouragement,
And, in the spirit of Pope Francis,
Be a source of joy for all.

Heavenly Father,

Thank you for the gift of my family.
Help me be the kind of parent
My kids will be inspired by,
Look up to, and model their lives after.
At home or on the sidelines,
Let me do as your Son would do.
Let my words build up and not tear down,
And let my actions speak louder than my words.
